Thank you for considering exhibiting at the Old Deerfield Craft Fairs
All of the Old Deerfield Craft Fairs are juried events.
All applicants need to submit 5 craft images, 1 image of your booth set-up, and an application for consideration.

If you are applying to be a specialty food crafter you need to submit your application to the Craft Fair Team. Once accepted, we will send you the appropriate health forms.
For the Fall Festival, forms need to be submitted to the Town of Deerfield Health Dept. and for the Spring and/or Holiday Fairs, forms need to be submitted to the Town of West Springfield Health Dept.
If you are applying as a Fall Food Court Vendor please contact John O’Neill directly at 413-774-7476, Ext. 190 for information and an application.
Temporary Food Permits in Deerfield need to be submitted at least 30 days before the start date of the fair.
Applications for fairs held in West Springfield must be sent to the Craft Fair Office at least 60 days prior to the fair start date, if accepted you must then submit your Temporary Food Permit to the Town of West Springfield Health Dept. 30 days prior to the show.
