Brian Meyerhoff - Meyerhoff Gems
Brian Meyerhoffโs family lived in California for five years when he was a young teenager. He and his father would prospect for jasper, agate, fossils, arrowheads, and other stones in the local canyons of the central part of the state. They would also travel to Pacific beaches and find wave-polished jade, abalone shells, and other common agates.
In their small garage, they would slice, cut, grind, sand, and polish the various treasures, and place them into jewelry settings. His passion for gems continues today.
