Old Deerfield Discounts…… for 2011 Giving you more for your money Making full payment for any of your ODCF show booth spaces by December 30 gets you a $30 discount per show. Yes, you can save up to $120! The discount is $30 for one show, $60 for two shows, $90 for three shows, or a $120 discount for the four shows paid in full. Plus 10 comp tickets for each pd in full show Submit your show application by December 30 with $200 deposit per show. Get 10 comp tickets per show.

To request an application by mail or to mail in slides, please send a legal-sized self-addressed envelope with 63 cents postage to: PO Box 323 Deerfield, MA 01342-0323

For Specialty Food Vendors accepted into the Spring or Christmas Show you must fill out and mail in (to the West Springfield Board of Health) a Temporary Food Permit along with a fee of $25 for each show you have been accepted to in West Springfield (i.e. if you have been accepted at both the Spring and Christmas Show you need to mail in 2 forms and $50).

From Eastern Mass via Mass Pike: west to Exit 4, south on Rt. 5 to Rt. 147, west 1 mile
From Albany Area via Mass Pike: east to Exit 4, south on Rt. 5 to Rt. 147, west 1 mile
From Connecticut via I-91: north to Exit 3 to Rt. 5 north to Rt. 147, west 1 mile ... or north to Exit 3, follow Rt. 57 west to Rt. 159, north to Rt. 147 east
From Vermont, New Hampshire via I-91: south to Exit 13B, south on Rt. 5 to Rt. 147, west 1 mile.
